Who can apply for a no credit check phone?

If you’ve been subscribed to our plans for quite a while, chances are high that you’ll be able to upgrade or downgrade to a bundle plan more suited for your monthly needs.

Can I upgrade my handset?

Just like with upgrading your bundle plan, there are minimum requirements you need to meet to be eligible. Granted that you meet said requirements, you can upgrade to a new and better handset with appropriate adjustments to your monthly fee.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a monthly payment for your phone contract, you’ll incur penalties added to your next month’s bill. If you miss several months of payments, you put your contract at risk of disconnection not to mention that you’re also putting your credit rating in a bad position.
