To save time at the BWC meeting, please print out and complete this form in advance, and bring it along to the monthly meeting with the 1,000 rouble fee.  

If you are not a British passport holder, please attach a copy of your partner's British passport page.

If you are interested in joining the Toddler Swimming, please also bring along the required 1,000 rouble insurance fee (please see the BWC Family Network page).  

Please note: If your name is not on the Embassy's security list you will be refused entry, even if you are a British passport holder. Only those who renewed their membership for 2008-9 before the November meeting will be included on the security list. If you are new member, or didn't renew your membership before November, please ensure that you send your name to the BWC Membership Secretary (members@bwcmoscow.co.uk) by the Thursday afternoon before the monthly meeting, at the very latest. If you do not receive an email from the Membership Secretary to confirm that your name has been added to the security list, please contact her or another committee member, otherwise Embassy security will not let you in for the meeting.

Please remember to wear your BWC name badges at the Embassy meetings.
