If you are not a British passport holder, please attach a copy of your partner's British passport page.

Please note: If your name is not on the Embassy's security list you will be refused entry to the monthly Embassy meetings, even if you are a British passport holder. Only current BWC members are included on the security list. If you are a new member, or have not renewed your membership, please make sure that you send your name to the BWC Membership Secretary (members@bwcmoscow.co.uk) by the Thursday afternoon before the monthly meeting, at the very latest. If you do not receive an email from the Membership Secretary to confirm that your name has been added to the security list, please contact her or another committee member, otherwise Embassy security will not let you in for the meeting.
